W H O:

• Hazzed.Org is owned by me Hazelyn. I decided to use the name "hazzed" because "hazed" was already taken. Hazzed symbolizes my name and I just love the word.

  W H A T:

• HAZZED.ORG is my blog domain where I ramble about stuff. It hosts my collective and fanlistings.

  W H E R E:

• I spent days trying to look for the most suitable and cheap domain available. After almost giving up, I stumbled upon 3IX.ORG which I thought had the best deals. I decided to buy my hosting and domain name with them.

  W H E N:

• HAZZED.ORG was purchased on June 5, 2008. It was a fast and simple transaction.

  W H Y:

• I have been wanting to own a domain for a long time since my other domains expired. I've been using "MySpace" but I wanted more personality out of it. I remember the days of when I use to have domains and I've really missed it. After getting in touch with my dear friend Wenja again, she has inspired me to get a domain. I decided to choose a .org ending because mainly, I like it more. hehe. Plus my old blog was hazelyn.org.

Hazelyn's Webmiss History

My website history starts off with me wanting to create a site for my favorite band at the time which was LINKIN PARK. I started out at around February 2003, my sophomore year of high school when I got my first laptop. I saw so many fan made websites dedicated to their favorite things and I very much admired their work.

I first used free website hostings sites such as GEOCITIES and FREEWEBS and used pagebuilder to build the pages. I had no website or html knowledge and so all I knew was to paste stuff to pagebuilder. Believe me, it looked crappy.

After a couple months, I fell in love with the anime series "InuYasha" and wanted to make a website for the series. I called it "InuYasha Fanatic Clique". It was a clique for people that loved InuYasha the series.

More months went by, I started to learn from other websites and reading tutorials. I downloaded trials of Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop and I would play around with it and read more tutorials.

I decided to get a domain on October 2004, since I was tired of the ads from the free hostings. My first domain was name "serene-ambience.net". I then purchased a blog domain named "hazelyn.org" (since I've always wanted it) and a second domain "maitenchi.net"(meaning 'my world').

I met a lot of wonderful people through being affiliates and some became good friends. (Mentionables: Wenja aka Wendy, Angie, and Stephy)

The number of sites I had was a bunch. I had many fanlistings. After high school, life, school, and work got in the way and by then I put no more effort on maintaining my sites. And with that, my laptop crashed and burned(Not literally). My sites close down and I went a very long hiatus.

After that, life finally slowed down after I got settled in Anchorage. I got internet connection now and have a network of sites. Now, we're here!

Layout Info

Version Two (November 2008) featuring Winnie the Pooh and Piglet. Fall season of course. I saw this pic while I was searching for a nice Thanksgiving pic and I thought this image would make a great layout.

I think it turned out better than I thought. Very simple and easily made with Photo Filtre(I love this program).
